Frequently Asked Questions About Kitchen or Bathroom Remodeling

When it comes to remodeling your bathroom or kitchen, we at Tark Custom & Interiors understand there are going to be many questions along the way. Please see some Frequently Asked Questions below for:

Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels

1. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Not all services have a standard pricing. As they are unique with each situation. Typically, I need to go to the home and meet with the homeowners and discuss the project. Once I am educated on their needs I can properly evaluate the project and specific details, materials, project time and manpower needed for the task, I can give an accurate price for the service.

2. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try to find out what my new customer is looking for and find out vision of their project. Budget and time line are both a part of this process. I will go to your home for a meet and greet and get all the information I need to give an educated estimate of the project. We do not high pressure sell and give a customer time to think about the quote. Our quotes are typically good for 30 days. Tark Custom Interiors and Remodeling work to answer any questions or concerns about the quoting process!

3. Can you help with the design phase of my project?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being detail oriented on every aspect of the job-including design. We will work with you to understand your vision for your new kitchen or bathroom remodel so that you can have the space of your dreams! 4. How long will my remodel take?

The length on your remodel will vary depending on every aspect of your project. Bathroom remodels typically are much faster than kitchen remodels, but we will be able to give you a rough estimate of the time required once we know more about your specific wishes and needs!
